In the summer of 2020, the world slowed down, giving co-founder Blake Wilson, a seasoned realtor and investor, the rare opportunity to reflect on his journey. As he looked back, he was reminded of the reasons he first entered the world of real estate: a deep desire for personal independence through entrepreneurship and an unwavering passion for helping others achieve wealth through homeownership. These values ignited a spark within him—a vision of something bigger.

Blake realized that the real estate industry was ripe for transformation. He envisioned a brokerage that would empower agents, not just as salespeople but as entrepreneurs and business owners. He imagined a place where agents would be treated with world-class hospitality and provided with the resources they actually needed to succeed. This vision was built around the core principles of Health, Wealth, and Time, aiming to help agents achieve all three simultaneously.

With this burning idea, Blake turned to his long-time friend and fellow entrepreneur, Jeremy Burgin. "What if we build a brokerage that truly empowers the agent, their business, and their brand?" Blake asked. Jeremy didn't hesitate—he was all in.

Together, they founded Real5, a brokerage built on the belief that real estate can be a vehicle to freedom. Real5 isn't just another brokerage; it's a movement that challenges the status quo, serving agents with the tools, support, and hospitality they need to thrive in a changing industry.
